About the Founders

Harsha Nagi

Harsha is an experienced learning professional who was heading executive learning at IBM in India/South Asia region. After spending 12 years at IBM right after her masters in HRM from the prestigious Management Development Institute in India, she co-founded a unique and different learning company called Tinkr Learning with her partner Sameer. Through Tinkr, they have been able to touch the lives of more than 5000+ corporate executives in a short span of 3 years. Their innovative learning program called ‘Anybody Can Paint’ has been adopted successfully by some of the top Fortune 500 companies of the world in their learning catalogue. They are reimagining the way learning is designed for today’s corporate world by making it shorter, more interesting, more impactful, highly experiential and a lot more creative. Harsha is a TEDx speaker who has an inspiring story of her own personal transformation. An award winning facilitator at IBM, she is a certified coach and facilitator in multiple competencies/programs like MBTI, Belbin, EI, NLP, 7 Habits, Relationship Versatility, etc.

Sameer Nagi

Sameer is a ‘polymath in making’ who is well recognized for his multi-disciplinary expertise in diverse areas like painting, poetry, piano & psychology. After spending 15 years in corporate HR in management & leadership positions in companies like Microsoft, E&Y, ICICI & IBM; he co-founded a unique and different learning company called Tinkr Learning with his partner Harsha. He is the creative genius behind the design of some of the fast growing corporate learning programs like ‘Anybody Can Paint’, ‘Paintastic’ and ‘Creativate’.

Prior to leading HR for a 1400 member engineering organization at Microsoft, he setup the prestigious ‘Microsoft Academy of University Hires’ for Microsoft in India which was an award winning best practice. He has led various portfolios at Microsoft spanning areas of organization development, leadership development, executive coaching, diversity & inclusion, high potential development program, women leadership program, etc.

He is a certified coach and facilitator in programs like MBTI, Situational Leadership, TalentView Assessments, GROW coaching, Corporate Theater, etc.

An MBA in HR from MDI, India and a psychology student from Harvard, Sameer has designed and facilitated learning interventions across US, UK & India Sameer has done 3 solo art exhibitions in his art career and all of them were sold out.
