What is Tinkr?
Tinkr is a creative, experiential learning company built on the belief that learning doesn’t have to be serious to be impactful. We design playful, deeply engaging, and insight-driven experiences for corporate teams—ranging from painting, theater, drumming, and storytelling to simulations, design thinking, and personalized craft-based journeys.
We take a modular, co-creative approach, working closely with clients to deliver experiences that are not just fun, but deeply transformative.
Our goal? To help individuals and organizations explore, engage, and energize — both within and with each other.
2020
The Vision was born
Two passionate learning professionals — Harsha Nagi (ex-IBM) and Sameer Nagi (ex-Microsoft) — came together with a shared dream:
To make learning fun, artistic, and transformative.
They imagined a world where corporate learning wasn’t restricted to slides and sessions, but instead full of colors, rhythm, and expression.
2021
Tinkr Was Officially Born
Tinkr Learning was founded with the belief that “learning doesn’t have to be serious to be impactful.”
Launched their first signature experience:
🖼️ Anybody Can Paint — a creative workshop that helped teams discover collaboration, trust, and leadership through painting.
Gained traction with top corporates, including Fortune 500s.
2022

Sameer Nagi
.Sameer, a multi-talented artist and ex-Microsoft HR leader, blends his passions for psychology, art, and innovation into award-winning learning programs like “Anybody Can Paint” and “Creativate.” A Harvard psychology student and accomplished painter, he brings soul and structure to every Tinkr experience.
Harsha Nagi
.Harsha, a TEDx speaker and former Head of Executive Learning at IBM, brings her rich background in leadership development and coaching. With over a decade at IBM and expertise in tools like MBTI, EI, and NLP, she co-founded Tinkr to spark creativity and transformation in corporate learning.
